Disney acquires most of what you love about Fox for $52 billion in mega-deal



For $52.4 billion, Rupert Murdoch will sell numerous valuable assets from 21st Century Fox to Disney. As part of the deal, Disney will now own a majority stake in Hulu, European broadcaster Sky, and Star India.
